Caldwell County Arts Council Exhibit – Figuratively Speaking

I am beyond thrilled to be in this exhibit – the Caldwell County Arts Council feels like coming home.  Every time I do something like this in North Carolina, I fall back in love with the south.  I just love these small cities and towns that love art!  The kudzu, the fried okra, and the humidity – it all smells like home.
I cannot thank them enough for the opportunity to participate in the exhibit.  These guys do a top notch show – and you haven’t even seen the walking tour of their city’s sculptures! I hope I can come back soon to this amazing place.  And I also want to thank Julie – she purchased one of my favorite pieces before the show even started!!  It was hard to part with her, but I know she is going to an excellent home 🙂  The piece that Julie bought is hanging above the fireplace.

Here are some pics: (Forgive the poor photos I snapped with my “vintage” iPhone 4S)
